Got that ‘unexpected‘ guest that’s hungry before you have a chance to kick em out?

Blintz Souffle
1 stick melted butter
12-18 Frozen cheese blintzes
½ cup sugar
4 eggs
 
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla.
 
1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pyrex.
2. Add frozen blintzes.
3. Beat other ingredients together.
4. Pour over blintzes.
5. Can refrigerate over night covered.
